The property is a confortable, exclusive and refined country house. Build at the and of the 19th Century, the villa is immersed in a large garden with cipresses trees, lemon trees, typical century old Tuscan trees, olives groves. The private swimming pool offers fantastic view of the whole of Florence and guarantees privacy to guests The villa develops on three floors. From the entrance door with white marble engravings, access to a long corridor with an antique wooden floor. On the right there is a spacious dining room with an antique fireplace and a comfortable table for 16 people. From the dining room direct access to an elegant kitchen in white Carrara marble and green marble from the Alps. The classicbut functional cooker has 6 gas rings and a large axtractor fan. The unique sink is in ancient white marble. The kitchen is fully equipped: large oven, microwave oven, dischwasher, Italian and American coffee makers, electric juicer, food processor, ice ceam maker and ham slicer. There are two full plate sets dor 24 people (an English one and an Italian Richard Ginori one) The living room is bright and spacious wiht ancient carpets and precious silk curtains, Satellite TV, DVD player, hy-fi with CD player, two large and comfortable sofa, and armchairs. From here a French doors opens onto a panoramic terrace wiht a large wood and irin gazebo with curtains forv dining “al fresco”, lemon trees pots and ancient “cotto” vases. Bbq avaible. The night area has 8 double dedrooms distibuited on three floors. All the bedrooms have ortopedic mattresse, air condictioning, heating, mosquito screes, antique furniture and carpets. On the ground floor there are 4 large and airy double bedrooms with double beds: one bedroom has a romanitc and panoramic small balcony, another has a private bathrom (wiht shower) in pink marble from Potugal, another has 4 windows from which guests can admire the typical Tuscan countryside and the forth one has parquet floor and an ancent bed in brass. There is also a spacious bathroom wiht bathtub. A confortable wooden staircase leads upstairs to the tower of the house wich has been transformed into an elegant and exclusive suite. There is also another romantic bedrooms share a bathroom in green marble wiht shower. There is also a laundery room with washing machine, sikk, space to hang clothes to dry, iron and ironing board, large freezer. The swimming pool is located just a few matere awey from the villa in a quite position with panoramic views of Florence. Around the pool there is a solarium with confortable sun beds and an area paved in ancient “cotto”, perfect from relaxing. Upon arrival, guests are offered a welcome drink with refreshments including local produce according to the season. |
